Support day-to-day operations of a managed workforce recruitment programme.
Coordinate with local hiring managers, 3rd party suppliers and contractors.
Handle vacancy qualification meetings, screening CVs, interviews, onboarding and contractor
Monitor service levels and provide status reports to the Programme Manager.
Resolve local issues, ensure customer satisfaction and manage invoicing processes.
Provide analytical support and regular programme updates as required.

🎯 Requirements

Proficient in English and German
Vendor/Managed Service Provider experience desirable
Staffing industry or HR experience preferred but not required
Confidentiality and effective communication skills
Strong Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation
Detail-oriented, problem solver with strong customer service
