MSP Programme Specialist - German speaker

📋 Description

• Support day-to-day operations of a managed workforce recruitment programme
• Work with local hiring managers and recruitment agencies
• Screen CVs, schedule interviews, onboarding and contractor management
• Manage invoices, track approvals and support client reporting
• Ensure customer satisfaction and monitor local SLAs
• Provide status reports and statistical analysis as required

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in English and in German
• Vendor Management/Managed Service Provider experience desirable
• Staffing industry or HR experience desirable
• Confidentiality, strong communication, and presentation skills
• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint to analyze data
• Detail oriented, problem solver with client-facing skills
