Lead and mentor a small India-based integration team; ensure code quality and sprint goals.
Design, build, and deploy secure APIs using Anypoint Studio, Mule Runtime, CloudHub.
Admin Anypoint Platform: users, environments, runtime health, and policies.
Manage integration release cycles, sandboxes, and production change logs.
Enforce API-led connectivity, data mapping, and error handling across the lifecycle.
Maintain change control and an integration registry for audits.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years leading a technical team in remote or distributed environments.
5+ years hands-on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform development (Mule 4 preferred).
MuleSoft Certified Developer or MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect is required.
REST/SOAP APIs, RAML/OAS, DataWeave, and API security (OAuth, TLS, API Keys).
Strong English communication to translate technical dependencies for business leaders.
Experience with NetSuite, Workday, or Salesforce integrations is a plus.
