Multi Property Residential / Estate Manager

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day operations and upkeep of multiple residential properties across different
• Oversee houses, villas, vacation properties, and short-term rental (Airbnb/BnB) properties
• Coordinate housekeeping, landscaping, maintenance, repairs, pest control, pool services, utilities
• Proactively identify maintenance issues and ensure repairs are completed promptly to high standard
• Manage and supervise local vendors, contractors, housekeepers, handymen, and other service providers
• Obtain quotations, negotiate vendor pricing, approve work within guidelines, and track expenses

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience managing high-end residences, luxury villas, vacation homes, hospitality
• Comfortable managing properties in different cities or states
• Strong vendor-management and facilities-management skills
• Highly organized and capable of handling multiple issues simultaneously
• Hands-on, willing to inspect properties personally and resolve operational issues
• Strong communication and reporting skills
