Multi Skilled Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with production teams to ensure people, skills and equipment are available to scale.
• Provide shift leadership, guiding the kitchen day-to-day operations.
• Be the first contact to diagnose and fix plant issues, including site services.
• Own and improve machinery reliability; respond to breakdowns across the Kitchen.
• Provide final diagnosis for plant downtime to SOPs and be the highest technical skill.
• Carry out root cause analysis of efficiency losses and major breakdowns; drive CI plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong multi-skilled engineering background with a recognised apprenticeship.
• Electrical bias with strong experience in electrical diagnostics.
• HNC level qualification in an engineering discipline.
• Proficient with Google Suite / cloud-based systems.
• Minimum 3 years in engineering or senior technician roles; supervisory experience; safety knowledge.
• Excellent communication, coaching and training skills; strong planning and scheduling.
