📋 Description

• Lead post-order customer journey for strategic accounts across multi-site environments.
• Own customer experience, project delivery, and cross-functional alignment.
• Manage portfolios with 25+ concurrent initiatives, ensuring execution and results.
• Drive customer satisfaction through risk management and continuous improvement.
• Engage customers through reviews and executive program discussions.
• Balance strategic account leadership with hands-on execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from accredited institution.
• 7+ years in project management, field execution, or related roles in electrical/data center
• Valid driver’s license; ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s in Engineering and/or Master’s preferred; PMP certification preferred.
• Experience leading large multi-tenant data center projects; multi-site/regional execution.
• Strong leadership, executive communication, and cross-functional influence.
