📋 Description

• Deliver product demonstrations to property management companies, owners, REITs, and multifamily
• Prepare prospect-specific analyses of live fee data to support effective and relevant customer
• Partner with Account Executives throughout active sales opportunities, engaging stakeholders across
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on fee compliance, addressing customer questions and objections
• Support Customer Success teams with renewals and expansions, particularly as customers enter new
• Monitor federal, state, and local regulatory developments affecting rental fee advertising

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the multifamily industry, ideally with a property management company
• Direct experience working with apartment fee structures in areas such as legal, compliance
• Practical knowledge of fee disclosure practices, including mandatory, optional, and conditional
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulatory
• Confident presentation and communication skills, with the ability to present to executive audiences
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, revenue management
