📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional multilingual customer service and sales support across channels.
• Respond to enquiries promptly with first-contact resolution.
• Provide expert info on Luxury Escapes products, packages and pricing.
• Understand needs and recommend suitable solutions and upgrades.
• Own enquiries and sales leads with timely follow-up.
• Manage complaints within timeframes and escalate when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English required, plus German or French.
• Personable, professional with passion for helping customers.
• Experience in phone-based sales or high-volume contact centre.
• KPIs/targets driven, strong verbal/written communication.
• Flexible to work rotating roster 7am-10pm, including weekends.
• Travel industry experience is a plus but not essential.
