📋 Description

  • Onboard new customers across EU markets, guiding setup and training
  • Support customers via email, chat, video and in person—where language or local context matters
  • Build long-term relationships by proactively engaging with your assigned accounts
  • Monitor account health, usage, and risks
  • Help operators get more value from Stora, surfacing opportunities and promoting key features
  • Use tools like HubSpot, Notion, and Stripe to track progress and inform decisions

🎯 Requirements

  • Fluent English; professional fluency in at least two of French, Spanish, or German
  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Onboarding, or similar SaaS role
  • Strong communication to explain software clearly to customers
  • Structured, organized; manage multiple customers, priorities, follow-ups
  • Good commercial instinct to spot risks and opportunities
  • Confidence working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Support
