Multimedia Designer

📋 Description

• Create physical and digital projects for campaigns, product launches, Design Space, social, and retail.
• Translate creative direction into polished assets: physical projects, digital mockups, and AI work.
• Partner with Studio to prep projects for photography and video, with on-set support.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Product, and Studio to showcase Cricut products.
• Maintain organized project files and digital assets across Airtable, Design Space, and Figma.
• Stay curious about crafting trends, design, emerging tech, and AI to improve quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree (A.A.S.) or higher in related design field or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years in graphic/multimedia design or related creative role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work across physical and digital mediums.
• Experience creating physical projects alongside digital assets using Adobe CC and Figma.
• Curiosity to explore emerging creative technologies, including AI-assisted workflows.
• Familiarity with Cricut machines, Design Space, materials, and crafting techniques.
