Multimedia Designer

📋 Description

• Create multimedia assets (graphics, animations, videos) for digital learning.
• Collaborate with leadership, instructional designers, and developers to final visuals.
• Develop storyboards, wireframes, and interactive prototypes with design tools.
• Design intuitive interfaces balancing aesthetics, accessibility, and UX.
• Prepare production-ready assets, docs, and guidelines for dev handoff.
• Present concepts to teams and stakeholders; incorporate feedback.
• Ensure branding, accessibility, and project requirements throughout.
• Contribute to improved workflows and multimedia production standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design/Visual/Marketing/Multimedia or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years creating high-quality visual/multimedia content.
• Portfolio demonstrating visual design, motion graphics, UI/UX.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud: After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Experience designing interfaces with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong typography, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design knowledge.
• Excellent collaboration and ability to present design decisions.
• Experience with instructional design teams, eLearning, or rapid authoring tools.
• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript a plus.
