Multimedia Designer / Learning Experience (Remote - Costa Rica Only)

📋 Description

• Create multimedia assets for learning experiences (videos and visuals)
• Partner with Technical Education Developers to translate objectives into visuals
• Apply visual design principles to improve clarity, engagement, and retention
• Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate content production and prototyping
• Produce/edit video-based learning content (screen recordings, captions)
• Develop reusable visual systems and templates across courses

🎯 Requirements

• Experience creating multimedia assets for learning or software environments
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and scalable design systems
• Experience using AI-enabled workflows to improve design and production
• Strong typography, hierarchy, layout, and user experience
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear visuals
• Experience with Camtasia, Vyond, Articulate Storyline/Rise
