Multisite Director – Hospice RN

📋 Description

• Lead two hospice offices with overall leadership and performance
• Develop teams, accountability, collaboration, and growth
• Oversee operations, budgeting, planning, staffing, and fiscal mgmt
• Monitor quality and compliance of hospice services
• Partner with clinical leaders for staff education and development
• Grow offices and strengthen referral relationships in the community

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN license
• Four-year degree required
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory/management experience
• Hospice experience preferred; home health care experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, recruiting, coaching skills
• Ability to market and grow healthcare operations
