MX Payments Ops Specialist

📋 Description

• Support end-to-end payment processes, incl deposits/withdrawals/refunds/reconciliations
• Collaborate with payment providers and banks to resolve issues quickly
• Monitor transactions in real time to detect, investigate, and escalate fraud
• Analyze payment behavior and trends to suggest improvements in flows
• Document workflows, SOPs, and process improvements
• Support integration and testing of new payment technologies and solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Risk Mgmt, or related field (or equivalent)
• 2-3 years of experience in payments, financial ops, or fintech/e-commerce
• Fluency in English
• Solid understanding of payment systems, funds flows, and reconciliation
• Experience with payment gateways, PSPs, or transaction monitoring tools preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven mindset
