NAC Consumables Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead the NAC Consumables team to support DNA synthesis reagents.
• Supervise staff, define tasks, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Interface with QC/QA and site teams to ensure material availability and traceability.
• Manage production priorities and coordinate with internal suppliers and maintenance.
• Develop and review work instructions and manufacturing documents for efficiency and quality.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years managing manufacturing teams in ISO 9001/13485 environments.
• Experience with Lean/Continuous Improvement concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to hire, train, and develop employees; monitor performance.
• Deep understanding of lab safety and chemical safety practices.
