NAC Production Technician I

📋 Description

• Produce lab consumables for Oligo manufacturing
• Operate light tools, set up equipment, maintain cleanliness
• Weigh, mix, handle small objects, use heating devices, and mechanical tools
• Perform quality inspection, packaging, and document maintenance
• Work independently and with a team; contribute process improvements
• Support column construction and PolyFrit manufacturing per processes

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years manufacturing experience
• Preferred: 2-year technical degree
• 2-3 years in consumables manufacturing (preferred)
• Attention to detail and strong time/prioritization skills
