Provide regular sales analytics, pipeline analysis, and forecasting support; support sales
Measure and communicate sales KPIs for individuals and teams accountable for commitments and goals
Create, update, and distribute sales reports and dashboards for the Sales team and Management
Assist with dashboard maintenance and CRM data quality initiatives.
Provide support for Salesforce, LIMS, ELN, and other business applications.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), validation activities, and deployment of system

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience in pharma, laboratory, testing industry, or commercial operations.
Familiarity with LIMS, Salesforce, or document workflow systems.
2+ years of experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
Excel: intermediate level required, advanced preferred (data analysis, pivoting reports into usable
LabVantage Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) - Proficient user-level skills
