📋 Description

• Deliver world-class account management to NiCE CX's key customers.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand business goals, propose enhancements to products/services.
• Leverage company resources to help clients achieve better outcomes.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within customers.
• Develop and present customized client presentations on usage and benefits.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of account management experience in customer service or call centers.
• Working technical knowledge of contact center software, design, and functionality.
• Experience managing business aspects of large enterprise customers.
• Willingness to travel 20-40%.
