Named Technical Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Become technical continuity for the customer’s CV deployment in your region.
• Build deep understanding of their infra, data sources, and workflows.
• Serve as regional representative and escalation point inside the customer env.
• Lead bite-sized enablement sessions on data, annotation, deployment.
• Maintain a shared knowledge base: runbooks, FAQs, architecture notes.
• Diagnose complex issues across edge devices, networking, and cloud pipelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years Linux and networking experience (VPN, SSH, firewalls)
• Bash and Python scripting skills
• Diagnose CV/ML pipeline issues: data, training, workflow, edge
• Hands-on with Nvidia Jetson, Raspberry Pi, cameras, edge devices
• Interpret logs, profile inference bottlenecks, and navigate cloud infra
• Bonus: Roboflow platform experience or named-account/TAM/DSE
