National Account Co-ordinator (12 Months FTC)

📋 Description

• Admin support for internal/external requests including NLFs and invoices
• Manage retailer nominations, new line forms, and UK retailer invoicing
• Onboard new customers; create retailer presentations; assist with investments tracking
• Drive digital asset projects for retailers; briefing documents and liaison
• Conduct weekly/monthly reporting: EPOS, tracker, and competitor analysis
• Support ad hoc requests, events, samples, and content for presentations

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree (2.1+)
• Some FMCG sales/dotcom experience preferred
• Intermediate/advanced Excel
• Proficient in Word, Canva and Powerpoint
• Strong time management and prioritisation
• Strong planning and organisational skills; commercially aware with analytical ability
