National Director, US Field Medical Cardiomyopathy

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee national Field Medical activities within the cardiomyopathy disease area, ensuring
• Manage and develop Regional Associate Directors and Regional Directors, who oversee field-based
• Ensure the field team delivers high-quality, compliant scientific exchange with thought leaders
• Assess the external medical landscape through engagement with key experts, staying current on
• Ensure field teams capture, synthesize, and communicate meaningful medical insights to inform
• Develop and oversee the national Field Medical plan and contribute to medical planning

🎯 Requirements

• MD, PharmD, PhD, or a relevant science graduate degree combined with substantial pharmaceutical
• At least 8 years of clinical and/or pharmaceutical industry experience, including a minimum of 6
• Strong expertise in cardiovascular disease and a thorough understanding of the relevant scientific
• Demonstrated experience leading national Field Medical initiatives, managing complex projects, and
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, develop, and manage teams within a Field Medical organization.
• Strong understanding of the US healthcare system and pharmaceutical industry, including healthcare
