National Field Trainer

📋 Description

• The National Field Trainer designs, develops, and delivers training solutions for a field sales
• Builds relationships with stakeholders and aligns training with brand strategy and business plans.
• Coaches participants, adjusts to skill levels, and develops rotational/guest trainers.
• Leverages Learning & Development platforms to avoid duplicative efforts and ensure program
• Represents product and disease-state expertise and integrates training with brand priorities.
• Collaborates across stakeholders to drive performance learning improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years field sales in pharma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of CFR 210/211, cGMP regulations.
• Project management experience or ability to manage in a matrixed org.
• Strong track record in sales and partnering with varied levels of management.
• Ability to translate business trends and brand strategies into actionable training plans.
