📋 Description

• Designs, develops, and delivers compliant learning solutions
• Builds trust with stakeholders through regular interaction
• Leverages L&D platforms to limit duplication
• Provides candid verbal and written feedback for performance
• Adjusts coaching to participant needs and skill levels
• Develops Rotational/Guest Trainers with coaching and feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years field sales in pharma or equivalent
• Knowledge of CFR 210/211, cGMP
• Project management in a matrix org
• Strong track record in commercial sales
• Ability to partner with varied management levels
