🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), preferably from a Tier-1 institution
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
• Professional risk management certifications such as FRM or CFA are highly desirable
• 12+ years of experience in retail lending risk management
• Dedicated experience in Credit Card Policy, Portfolio Risk Management, or Pre-Acquisition Strategy
• Proven experience designing and implementing credit policies and underwriting frameworks for credit
