National Manager | Franchise Operations

📋 Description

• Lead network-wide operational improvements across the real estate sales cycle.
• Partner with Franchise Owners to define priorities and delivery plans.
• Scope initiatives with budgets and KPIs; lead branch-level implementation.
• Build capability through training on systems, processes and procedures; establish governance.
• Be the trusted go-to, liaising with franchise admin teams and reporting progress.
• Leverage best practices from the wider Colliers network for NZ.

🎯 Requirements

• Real estate operations experience (commercial, rural or business sales preferred).
• Strong systems, process and procedure capability with practical understanding of common platforms.
• Listen to pinch points, identify solutions, and drive multi-stakeholder implementation.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organisational skills; able to work with minimal day-to-day direction.
• Confident communicator with presentation skills and training/briefing experience.
• Ability to travel within New Zealand as required.
• Real estate salesperson / branch manager / agent license preferred.
