📋 Description

• Drive portfolio education strategy and execution by translating oncology portfolio and brand
• Support and direct creation of portfolio nurse education strategy, including above brand nursing
• Lead through influence by building alignment and driving decisions across cross-functional
• Optimize field operations by partnering with Field Operations to ensure ONE has effective tools
• Advocate for ONE by representing the voice, needs, and value of the ONE organization in

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; nursing, healthcare, business, or life sciences preferred.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotech, or related industry experience
• Previous field leadership, sales leadership, field operations, commercial strategy, or field
• Strong clinical patient management experience, oncology clinical acumen and understanding of
• Ability to translate strategy into focused field execution; understand customer and account
• Proven ability to influence without authority and lead effectively across cross-functional teams
