Bachelor's degree required; nursing, healthcare, business, or life sciences preferred
5+ years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotech, or related industry experience
Previous field leadership, sales leadership, field operations, commercial strategy, or field
Strong clinical patient management experience, oncology clinical acumen and understanding of
Ability to translate strategy into focused field execution; understand customer and account
Proven ability to influence without authority and lead effectively across cross-functional teams
