• Role to maximize market access and uptake for Bulgaria brands
• Align market access strategy with country objectives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, medical, and HQ teams
• Lead market access activities: MKB codes, price & reimbursement, HEOR
• Develop market access plans for in-line and pipeline products
• Manage budgets and cross-functional cooperation

🎯 Requirements

• University degree
• Experience in innovative pharma market access
• Knowledge of health system, regulatory, safety and compliance
• Multi-stakeholder project management and leadership
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Fluent Bulgarian and English; travel to CEE as needed
