National Project Accountant

📋 Description

• Review emergency service documentation, T&M records, and final Xactimate estimates for
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Finance Team to facilitate timely invoicing and collections.
• Assist with project billing, revenue tracking, and financial reporting.
• Monitor project documentation to ensure billing compliance and client requirements are met.
• Support accounts receivable efforts by tracking outstanding invoices and assisting with payment
• Manage onboarding of partner franchises, including MOUs, compliance documentation, and project

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Construction Management
• 3+ years of experience in project administration, project accounting, construction administration
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Experience with Xactimate, Buildertrend, DASH, Encircle, QuickBooks, or Restoration Manager
• Previous experience in restoration, construction, catastrophe response, or insurance claims
