📋 Description

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow Altisource's Default Services portfolio
• Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with mortgage servicers, banks, credit
• Leverage existing industry relationships and create new executive-level partnerships to drive
• Conduct extensive prospecting, cold calling, networking, and consultative sales activities to build
• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles with key decision-makers, including Default Servicing
• Present comprehensive, value-based solutions that improve asset performance, operational

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive default servicing and field services sales experience within the mortgage industry
• 7+ years of enterprise sales experience selling default-related services such as property
• Demonstrated success generating new business and managing complex enterprise sales cycles with
• Proven track record of maintaining an established portfolio of mortgage servicing, banking
• Strong network of executive and operational contacts across mortgage servicers, financial
• Demonstrated success selling into key lender, bank, mortgage company, investor, and servicing
