📋 Description

• Define and execute the North American AV/SI channel strategy, including partner segmentation
• Lead, coach, and develop the AV/SI channel team through clear objectives, operating rhythms
• Build strong executive-level relationships with strategic Systems Integrators and establish
• Own channel revenue, pipeline, forecasting, and partner performance while establishing disciplined
• Develop scalable partner programs supporting demand generation, opportunity creation, enablement
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Alliances, Product, and Partner teams to

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in channel sales, sales leadership, AV integration, Unified
• Demonstrated experience leading indirect sales organizations and managing strategic relationships
• Strong understanding of Pro AV, Unified Communications, conferencing, collaboration technologies
• Proven ability to develop and execute multi-year business plans while managing revenue, pipeline
• Strong commercial judgment and the ability to use market and business insights to prioritize
• Excellent executive-level communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills.

🎁 Benefits

• Anticipated total target compensation of $175,000–$220,000 annually, consisting of base salary plus
