📋 Description

• Deliver engaging remote instruction aligned with NCCER Ironworking curriculum, standards, and
• Teach foundational and advanced topics including structural steel, reinforcing steel, rigging
• Translate practical ironworking techniques and industry knowledge into clear, accessible
• Prepare students for NCCER assessments and support them in meeting relevant credentialing
• Monitor and document student participation, progress, coursework completion, and training outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Current or previous NCCER Instructor Certification is strongly preferred.
• Professional experience as an Ironworker, Ironworker Foreman, Superintendent, Trainer, or in a
• Strong practical knowledge of structural ironworking, reinforcing steel, rigging, tools, equipment
• Previous experience training, mentoring, coaching, or instructing workers or apprentices is
• Ability to deliver effective instruction in a fully remote environment.
