NDE Inspector Level II

📋 Description

• Perform nondestructive inspections using methods like RT, ET, PT, VT, etc.
• Perform radiographic inspections on components, assemblies, weldments
• Interpret and evaluate radiographic images per specs/codes/procedures
• Set up, calibrate, operate radiographic equipment and digital radiography systems
• Prepare accurate inspection reports and maintain documentation
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Manufacturing, Quality teams

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical cert or associate degree preferred)
• Current NDE Level II certification in one or more inspection methods (ASNT, NAS410, or equivalent)
• Current RT Level II certification required; experience with digital/computed radiography strongly
• IRRSP certification preferred; must obtain within 3 months of hire if not held
• Minimum 3-5 years hands-on NDE experience in aerospace/manufacturing/related
• Strong understanding of NDE principles and ASTM, ASME, AWS, NAS410 requirements
