📋 Description

• Serve as Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) for the organization.
• Lead the radiation safety program ensuring compliance with regs.
• Configure, calibrate, and maintain NDT equipment.
• Perform NDT inspections using multiple methodologies.
• Develop testing criteria and compile detailed reports.
• Lead safety audits and internal investigations as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Formal RSO training/certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• NAS410 non-film radiographic testing certification.
• 80 hours formal RT training and 800 hours on-the-job.
• CT experience in aviation/aerospace (nonmedical) required.
• Proficient at writing detailed NDT inspection reports; travel up to 20%.
