📋 Description

• We're looking for a detail-oriented GRC Analyst for our nearshore team in Lisboa.
• You will support governance, risk and compliance across the organization.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Develop expertise in compliance frameworks and risk management.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in GRC, compliance, risk management or audit
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA or similar
• Experience with risk assessment methodologies and internal controls
• Proficiency in data analysis and handling large datasets
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• MS Office and GRC tools (Archer, Workiva) preferred
• English proficiency; Portuguese a plus
