📋 Description

• Administer and maintain the Ivanti Endpoint Manager Mobile (formerly MobileIron Core/Cloud) console
• Manage device enrollment and full lifecycle via vendor portals: Apple Business Manager (DEP/VPP)
• Create, test, and deploy security compliance rules, configuration profiles (Wi-Fi, VPN
• Handle the packaging, deployment, and continuous updates for public and internal line-of-business
• Act as a Level 2/3 escalation point for complex mobile-related incidents, performing advanced log
• Provide high-touch 'White Glove' support for executive/VIP users requiring rapid technical

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience administering MDM/UEM solutions, with strong focus on Ivanti /
• 3 to 5 years of overall IT experience within Infrastructure or Digital Workplace environments
• Strong knowledge of mobile operating systems (iOS/iPadOS and Android Enterprise) and enrollment
• Hands-on proficiency with deployment portals (Apple Business Manager, Android Zero-Touch, Samsung
• Solid understanding of core network and identity services (Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID
