Nephrology Launch Lead, International

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end international Nephrology launch roadmap from awareness to referrals.
• Develop stakeholder maps across nephrologists, pathologists, payers and patient orgs.
• Partner with Medical Affairs to align scientific narratives, education, and data priorities.
• Collaborate with Market Access on evidence needs and value messaging for reimbursement.
• Lead matrix teams across regions; coordinate with affiliates on training and toolkits.
• Develop and lead cross-functional, commercial and digital projects across the region.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of rare disease experience; direct experience in rare kidney diseases preferred.
• Proven international launch planning/execution, including diagnostic strategy with labs and HCPs.
• Strong nephrology care pathways and diagnostic modalities; understand barriers to identification.
• Lead through influence in a matrix; translate science into action with measurable outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration; strong communication.
• Fluent English; additional languages desirable.
