📋 Description

• Own end-to-end international Nephrology launch roadmap.
• Build stakeholder maps and engagement plans across nephrologists and payers.
• Partner with Medical Affairs for education and data priorities.
• Collaborate with Market Access on evidence and reimbursement needs.
• Lead regional matrix teams for launch readiness and training.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure compliant, patient-centric launch execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in rare diseases (commercial/medical) preferred.
• Intl launch planning/execution experience in labs/pathology/HCP networks.
• Knowledge of nephrology care pathways and diagnostic workflows.
• Ability to lead through influence in a matrix; translate science to action.
• Proficient with enterprise AI tools (Microsoft 365 Copilot).
• Comfortable with Power BI dashboards and standard analytics.
