• Own the end-to-end international Nephrology launch roadmap
• Drive cross-functional launch readiness across Commercial, Medical, Market Access
• Build scalable frameworks translating scientific insights to commercial plans
• Lead pre-launch engagement and compliant patient identification efforts
• Monitor KPIs and dashboards to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure ethical, patient-centric communications and data privacy

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in rare diseases; direct rare kidney experience preferred
• International launch planning/execution with diagnostics, labs, and HCP networks
• Strong nephrology care pathways knowledge; diagnostics and patient ID barriers
• Lead through influence in a matrix; translate science into action; deliver outcomes
• Excellent stakeholder management; cross-functional collaboration and scientific literacy
• Fluent English; additional languages desirable
