• Take end-to-end ownership of features from development through production

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional software development with some knowledge of .NET/C# and exposure to MongoDB
• Quick learner; comfortable picking up new concepts, technologies, and codebases
• Owns assigned work; follows through; high bar for what done means
• Writes clean, well-tested, well-documented code; production mindset
• Strong collaborator across engineering, product, and design
• Curious about agentic AI tools and proactive about improvements
