📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of approximately 2–5 software engineers, fostering trust
• Own end-to-end software delivery, ensuring solutions satisfy business requirements while meeting
• Establish and maintain engineering standards across .NET Core, microservices, Domain-Driven Design
• Provide hands-on technical contribution while balancing coding responsibilities with team
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, DevOps specialists, and other
• Identify technical and delivery bottlenecks and implement improvements across engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer, Software Engineering Team Lead, or comparable
• Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate
• Deep hands-on expertise in .NET Core and microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and hexagonal architecture.
• Solid experience with MySQL, including database design, optimization, and administration.
• Strong expertise in designing and developing secure, scalable RESTful APIs.
