📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership for NetSuite initiatives
• Lead design and implementation of NetSuite solutions
• Mentor junior consultants and grow the team
• Manage projects from plan to deploy and support
• Lead UAT, SIT, and End User Training
• Define data migration strategy and execution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or MBA in Finance
• 3+ years NetSuite configuration and consulting experience
• NetSuite ERP Consultant or Administrator certs preferred
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and change management skills
• Excellent project and time management skills
• SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteTalk experience
