NetSuite Systems Analyst

📋 Description

• Serve as one of the NetSuite administrators - manage user roles, permissions, saved searches
• Handle user escalations, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate with ecosystem vendors on issue
• Maintain data integrity across subsidiaries and legal entities; proactively identify and resolve
• Document system configurations, processes, and runbooks to reduce knowledge concentration risk
• Own the NetSuite-side of the full AP cycle - vendor bill capture, GL structure, approval workflows
• Support the AP team on exception handling, vendor management, and process design

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on Oracle NetSuite administration
• Accounting background: degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• In-depth knowledge of AP processes, procure-to-pay cycles, and month-end/year-end close procedures
• Experience managing NetSuite in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment
• Experience with the iPaaS integration platform - Celigo strongly preferred
• Ability to design, document, and maintain integration data flows and GL mapping logic
