Network Acquisition Manager, APAC

📋 Description

• Own full lifecycle procurement of APAC high-capacity network transport.
• Source Metro Dark Fiber, Wavelength Services, IPLC for backbone.
• Drive backbone growth with hub markets like Singapore and Tokyo.
• Lead negotiations for IRU and large-scale capacity buys.
• Leverage AI tools to automate LOA generation, tickets, and tracking.
• Collaborate with Finance/Infrastructure Operations for data and capacity planning.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in wholesale carrier/Telco/ISP with network capacity procurement.
• Experience negotiating IRUs and fractional cable ownership.
• Strong APAC wholesale market knowledge and pricing.
• Familiarity with subsea systems, IRU structures, and transport economics.
• Understanding of DWDM, routing, fiber specs, and resiliency design.
• Data analysis skills and ability to maintain inventory/process docs.
