📋 Description

• Monitor and manage network alerts, incidents, and escalated Service Desk tickets, ensuring timely

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Networking, or a related
• At least 2 years of professional experience in network administration or a closely related
• Practical experience or formal training in LAN, WAN, wireless networking, and VoIP technologies and
• Understanding of network operating systems, network monitoring and management platforms
• Experience administering and troubleshooting network infrastructure, including switches, wireless
• Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to identify root causes
