📋 Description

• Maintain, support, and optimize network infrastructure to ensure availability, stability
• Handle service requests, incidents, problem tasks, and network changes, contributing to timely

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification or equivalent practical experience required
• Relevant cloud certifications in Microsoft Azure and/or AWS, or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in network administration, infrastructure support, or related
• Strong hands-on experience configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Cisco routing and
• Experience supporting Layers 1-4 of the OSI model, including physical connectivity, data
