Network Coordinator

📋 Description

• Support the design and execution of a network construction and support plan for a market or state
• Meet defined metrics and SLAs including provider issue resolution and contract completion.
• Support contracting negotiations including data entry, research, provider outreach, and
• Work with senior network specialists to identify, source, and contract providers in a region.
• Document provider feedback to improve templates and processes.
• Assist with regular reporting on network adequacy and improvement as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, or 1+ years healthcare or healthcare related field.
• 1+ years of work experience in project management, operations or related.
• 1+ years of experience with Word, Excel, and Powerpoint (or Google suite).
• 1+ years of experience in a client facing or customer support capacity.
