Network Engineer

📋 Description

• Respond to level two issues escalated by NOC or service desk.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide solution options.
• Perform minor software upgrades on network infrastructure.
• Assess client networks to identify optimization opportunities.
• Interact with clients via meetings, phone, email, or messaging.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate issues as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years in Cisco or other network environments.
• Familiarity with Cisco gear: routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and ownership.
• Experience working for an MSP.
• Experience using monitoring tools (LogicMonitor) and ticketing systems (ServiceNow).
• CCNA or Azure Fundamentals or higher certifications are a plus.
