Network Engineer – Field Support

📋 Description

• Deploy, configure, and support Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN solutions, including vManage and vEdge/cEdge.
• Configure and maintain Cisco Meraki environments across MX, MS, and MR platforms.
• Implement and support Cradlepoint routers using NetCloud Manager.
• Integrate LTE/5G and satellite connectivity into enterprise network designs.
• Provide real-time remote support to field technicians during installations, cutovers, and
• Assist with validation, turn-ups, and issue resolution during live deployments.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-7+ years of hands-on data networking or network engineering experience in the capacity of
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN, including vManage, policy control, and
• Experience with Microsoft based desktop and laptop computers, as well as mobile device experience
• Strong experience with Cisco Meraki MX, MS, and MR platforms.
• Experience with the Cradlepoint NetCloud ecosystem.
• Solid understanding of routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP, TCP/IP, VPNs, and network security
