Network Engineer (L2)

📋 Description

• Manage incidents, service requests, alerts, and changes.
• Monitor and support enterprise network, wireless, firewall, and security.
• Troubleshoot network, firewall, VPN, wireless, SD-WAN, and connectivity issues.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and KB.
• Collaborate with Escalation and Senior Engineers on incidents.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, CS, Network Engineering, Cyber Security, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Network Support, Managed Services, or Enterprise Networking.
• Experience supporting enterprise networking, wireless, security, and WAN environments.
• ITIL-based service management experience or ITIL Foundation certification.
• Industry certifications such as Fortinet FCA/FCP, CCNA, Aruba ACMA, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and ongoing learning.
